Ihre Kinder - Live '82 (1982)

Live '82 (1982) is a living document of the brief reunion of German rock pioneers Ihre Kinder. Ten years after the band's breakup in 1972, founding members Sonny Hennig and Ernst Schultz reunited for a series of energetic concerts. In contrast to the intimate and melancholic studio recordings of the late 1960s and early 1970s, the 1982 live album showcases a more straightforward, powerful, and modern hard rock sound. The album serves as an excellent retrospective of the band's best material, played with the drive and coordination of mature masters.
