Tilion - Suites ritrovate (2020)

Suites Ritrovate (2020) is the third studio album by the Sicilian collective Tilion, continuing the tradition of the noble symphonic RPI. The musicians present a mature conceptual canvas consisting of multi-part suites ("recovered suites"), where baroque classical forms intertwine with a contemporary art-rock sound. The album serves as a link between the golden age of Italian prog rock of the 1970s and the contemporary neo-prog scene, showcasing a refined work with thematic development and rich instrumental textures.
