Notturno Concertante - Let Them Say (2020)

Let Them Say (2020) is the seventh studio album by the Italian ensemble Notturno Concertante, released by the independent label Luminol Records. Formed in the 1980s by Lucio Lazzaruolo and Raffaele Villanova, the group took its name from a classical work for two guitars by Ferdinando Carulli.

In contrast to the band's earlier neo-prog works, Let Them Say marks a shift toward a more eclectic, international, and chamber-instrumental sound. The recording featured guest musicians from various countries (USA, Canada, and Japan), adding elements of klezmer, Latin American rhythms, and Mediterranean folklore to the compositions.
