Gorovich, Boaz Bentur - One (2026)

One is the second album by Gorovich and Boaz Bentur on ESC., following Desert Drift. It comes as one continuous 41-minute mix and as seven separate tracks. Gorovich started as a drummer in Tel Aviv's indie scene and today produces and plays psytrance; this summer he played the Ozora Stage at Ozora Festival. Boaz Bentur is the bassist of Tiny Fingers, whose new album Phoenix came out in September. On One they meet away from the dancefloor and the rock stage, in ambient territory. Light opens slowly and widens after the three-minute mark. Still is a two-minute pause with almost no low end, before New Move rises out of near silence and lets the bass take over. Crack is the shortest piece, a steady two-minute pulse. The Leap drops the low end again and moves in swells. Transit is the longest stretch at full weight before it thins out, and Crash holds that intensity until it breaks down and dissolves into silence. For DJs there is a separate edition with extended DJ Edits of all seven tracks, plus the continuous mix. Music for the late hours of a festival chill-out stage, or for one long listen at home. The sixth release on ESC.
