Anaïs Rosso - Scandale au Paradis (2026) [Hi-Res]

Anaïs Rosso - Scandale au Paradis (2026) [Hi-Res]

BAND/ARTIST: Anaïs Rosso

Scandale au Paradis is the debut EP by Parisian singer-songwriter Anaïs Rosso, released by the independent label NØ FØRMAT!. Recorded in a studio in Belleville, the album introduces a self-taught artist exploring themes of identity, exile, and the courage to be oneself. The EP builds an intimate mythology, presenting imagination as an act of personal freedom rather than a simple escape from reality. Rosso asks how to cope with life when reality proves insufficient, and challenges society’s ideas of paradise. In songs such as Oyoki mon appel ? and Les Colombes, she takes on specific subjects, including the colonial past and the difficulties of cultural displacement. Musically, Scandale au Paradis blends alternative pop with blues, chanson, and African rhythms, using guitar, bass, and electronic arrangements. The recording was made with producers Sutus and Clément Petit and followed several singles released between 2025 and 2026. Rosso is now planning to record her first full-length album in Brazil, with its release scheduled for 2027.
