Australian musician Phoebe Dubar, who performs as IKSRE (I Keep Seeing Rainbows Everywhere), is releasing her solo album "in all her forms (sound meditations vol. 2)" on October 10, 2026. It is a one-hour sound bath in which water serves as both a physical element and a metaphor for transformation. Water changes state, from solid to liquid to gas, yet always remains itself, H₂O. In the same way, people can move through change while keeping their essence. Dubar also stresses water's dual nature: it is sacred, sustains life and shapes landscapes, yet it sits at the centre of the climate crisis, from rising seas and water scarcity to conflict and displacement.
The composition follows the arc of a traditional sound bath: entrainment, deep rest, dissolution, transformation, integration. Its sonic palette combines field recordings, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, gongs, voice and acoustic instruments with bass, synthesisers and ambient electronics. Dubar, a certified sound healing practitioner, builds the principles of brainwave entrainment and energetic healing into the music. The tracklist has twelve pieces with water and nature titles, including "lake shore," "coral seas," "gentle rain," "falling snow," "the sun. the waterhole" and "the source."
The album is released on Constellation. It is IKSRE's first solo release on vinyl: a double 12" on 150g biovinyl, limited to 100 copies, shipping around January 2, 2027, from 69 AUD. CD and tape editions come from Constellation Tatsu. The digital version (24-bit/44.1kHz, MP3, FLAC and other formats) starts at 9.50 AUD, and two tracks are available immediately with a pre-order.
