Electric Orange - Netto (2011)

Netto (2011) is one of the most monumental and highly regarded albums in Electric Orange's modern discography. Released as a massive double album, it marks a period of the band's greatest synergy and sonic uncompromisingness. Unlike their more compact works, Netto focuses on extended, multi-layered studio improvisations and hypnotic suites, in which Dirk Jansen and his band completely reject commercial constraints. The album flawlessly captures the spirit of the freewheeling German sessions of 1971–1974, combining raw collective improvisation with surgically precise studio mixing and filtered analog sonic textures.
