The band was founded by guitarist Cristiano Roversi and keyboardist David Zanetti as a side project for members of the renowned Italian prog band Moongarden.
Did Swans Ever See God? is a poetic, light, and romantic work exploring themes of nature, spiritual quest, sublime beauty, and the fragility of human emotions. Compared to Moongarden's darker works, Submarine Silence focuses on the pastoral and sublime side of progressive rock.
