Hello were formed by frontman Bob Bradbury in 1971. Alongside bands like Sweet, Slade, Gary Glitter, David Bowie and others Hello were instrumental in the rise of Glam Rock in the 70’s. They had two top 10 hits in the UK totally 11 hits worldwide. The German release of New York Groove spent 6 months in the top 30, reaching no 7 at it's peak. Bob and Hello has made numerous TV appearances on music shows such as Top of the Pops, Supersonic, Magpie and Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Hello were also in a film with Barry Humphreys called 'Side by Side'.
Hello songs are still played on the radio regularly and their single New York Groove was used recently in the Xbox and Playstation game Grand Theft Auto 4 and in an American TV advert for AT&T.
Bob is still touring with Hello, mainly in Germany and the UK. The band has a new lineup with Simon Ellis on guitar, Corrie Shiells on bass guitar and his son Jake Bradbury on drums.
