Paralyzed's 2025 album, "Rumble & Roar," released on Ripple Music, showcases the German band's blend of heavy blues rock, stoner rock, and 70s classic rock with psychedelic elements. The album is described as their "most extensive album to date — raw and wild on the one side and lyrical and dreamy on the other side," reflecting their passion for 70s rock, heavy blues, and stoner rock. Frontman Michael Binder's vocals are noted for a style reminiscent of Jim Morrison and Mark Lanegan, and his guitar work features riffing interwoven with psychedelic wah-wah solos.

Critics have highlighted the band's ability to combine a retro, groove-laden formula with a modern production. The Ripple Effect notes, "The less traveled path Paralyzed takes to map their version of Heavy Blues Rock, has more in common with the West Coast Americana of the 1960s than the pub rock most of the bands of this ilk play." The same review praises the "old-fashioned songwriting skill, melodic, musical back-and-forth, the riffs have enough dirt to propel all these songs along, and the bass and drums are right in the pocket." The Obelisk mentions the album as a "modernized '70s boogie rush" and praises the band's evolution in songwriting.

ProgRock Journal describes the album as serving up "a riff-packed, hard-hitting dose of pure Rock'n'Roll." They also highlight the lineup's contributions: "Frontman and guitarist Michael Binder leads the charge with his gritty vocals and wah-infused Psychedelic solos, while Philipp Engelbrecht lays down thunderous, foot-stomping basslines. Adding to the mix, Caterina Böhner delivers crunchy power chords and melodic hooks on rhythm guitar and organ, while Florian Thiele's powerhouse drumming drives the band's explosive sound forward." The band draws inspiration from iconic 70s acts such as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Steppenwolf, and Canned Heat.
