Christopher Buzby: I begin by giving mad-respect, props and brotherly love to my bandmates for always trusting in the compositional process, and the ideas we each bring, when creating music together as echolyn = leaning into the discomfort of places we've never been by reaching for uncommon chords and melodies has always been a part of our musical DNA; the creation of these 2 new albums was no exception to that ideal.
Thanks also to all of my students over the past 33 years = your inquisitive spirit keeps me humble and honest, and you have taught me daily lessons about life, humanity and the importance of being my best-self: everywhere, all the time, no exceptions.
Finally, I'm thankful for the support and unconditional love of my best friend, and wife, Alison = time truly has no place whenever we're together; you complete me and understand that for me to be a compositional artist, echolyn is my musical muse.
