Ball and Roll is a studio album by Pugh Rogefeldt released in 1974. It contains many of his better known compositions, of which "Hog Farm" and "Dinga linga Lena" can be considered the most famous. The album has a harder sound than previous records from Pugh & Rainrock. The song "Excavator" is about the trailer excavator Marion 7400.

The album is one of the titles in the book A Thousand Swedish Classics. The authors describe the album as "one of the strongest Swedish rock records ever".
