I hate downloading WEB-FLACs, when it's nothing but a bloated MP3-320!

Please don't make FLACs of WEB-Downloads, unless you downloaded it as FLAC! But then again it's not a WEB-FLAC ...

The quality is in 90% of not comparable to a CD-Rip! So please write in the description, that it's a "WEB-FLAC"!

I enjoy listening to music before buying it. But I want to have the best quality for that. Not a lossy FLAC, and most WEB-FLACs seem to be lossy.

There's no sense in grabbing a lossy audio stream into and put it into lossless format. If it's already lossy, make a good MP3-320 out of it, but don't bloat it up! It's pure nonsense. You never know, whether it was an HD-Stream or not. When the FLAC version is the same as the MP3-320, out of a lossy source, then I prefer the MP3-320.

I think I'll stick to MP3s in the future. It's enough to listen to it, and when I like the music, I want to have the CD for myself anyway.
