A project spanning more than two years, the debut recording of the University of North Texas Wind Ensemble is conducted by Dr. Nicholas Enrico Williams. The College of Music at the University of North Texas is world-renowned for artistry, professionalism, and commitment to music education and performance. The album, FIESTAS, features the brilliant musicianship of UNT faculty members Tony Baker, John Holt, and Carol Wilson. Also featured is UNT and Juilliard alum, Mark Davidson. The fiesta continues with the addition of Mariachi aguilas de UNT performing with Wind Ensemble on Alfred Reeds fiery La Fiesta Mexicana. FIESTAS showcases some of the most talented UNT performers. This album is all bueno.
