Huw Rhys-Evans & Ieuan Jones - Traditional Songs for Tenor & Harp (2018)

The two Welsh born musicians Huw Rhys-Evans (tenor) and Ieuan Jones (harp) are ideally suited to perform these Traditional Welsh Songs, many with roots in the later Middle Ages, dating back to c1340. This recording was made in 1991 and there is a freshness and exuberance in their artistry with energy and passion that understands the timeless simplicity of this music.
