The Mighty Clouds of Joy is one of America’s most prominent religious vocal groups in the gospel tradition. The group has won numerous awards for its exceptional and distinctive talent, and demand for its recordings keeps growing. The label Peacock is proud to release another album of new material. It includes a new “sermonette” (a short sermon with musical accompaniment), “A Bright Side”; the hugely popular “I’ll Go” in a full performance; and “A Friend in Jesus,” “Two Wings,” “Go Tell It on the Mountain” (a Christmas song), and “Look for Me in Heaven.” The repertoire demonstrates the group’s versatility. Nicknamed The Untouchables, the group continues to inspire audiences with its creativity.
