In the early 2010s, the name Tinie Tempah was everywhere on the airwaves. The bold British artist from the "Disturbing London" label impressed listeners with his creative versatility, skillfully blending rapid-fire rapping and a grime-inspired sound with catchy pop melodies.

Over time, however, Tempah seemed to "lose focus," alternating between reasonably successful projects and overtly commercial records a shift that saw this ambitious and distinctive artist begin to lose his creative identity.

His latest album, *The Night's Not Dead*, marks a clear step forward: by committing fully to an electronic dance sound, Tinie has managed to craft a cohesive, overarching concept. The project was released as a trio of EPs *9PM*, *12AM*, and *3AM* which together narrate a full night out at a club: the mounting excitement before the fun begins, the unbridled energy of dancing through the night, and the conversations that stretch on until dawn.
