"Your Desert My Mind" is the third studio concept album by the British rock project The Mutants, released on September 22, 2016, via Universal Production Music/Killer Tracks.
While their previous albums explored British punk and the Japanese musical underground, for this record, the band's core group traveled to California's famed Joshua Tree desert to recreate the iconic American psychedelic sound.
The key feature of "Your Desert My Mind" is its inclusion of iconic American stars of the so-called "Desert Rock" scene. Guests on the album include members of The Dandy Warhols, Eagles of Death Metal, Mojave Lords, Masters of Reality, and Throw Rag. Renowned American musician and producer Chris Goss co-wrote the title track.
