"Our House" is the debut studio album by the German rock band Ratken, led by Klaus Henatsch, former keyboardist for the iconic progressive rock band Nektar. The album was officially released on October 23, 2026, via Onstage Records / Broken Silence.
Ratken was formed in 2024 by keyboardist Klaus Henatsch. He previously led the project New Nektar (which released the album "Megalomania"), but due to disputes over the rights to the band's name, the group was disbanded and the previous album was recalled. The new band became a direct opportunity to continue the life's work and preserve the musical legacy of the late Nektar frontman Roy Albrighton.
The album "Our House" is conceived as a conceptual statement exploring the problems of the modern world: environmental disasters, social polarization, violence, and the abuse of power. Despite the harsh criticism, the leitmotif running through the entire album is hope, humanity and a call to not remain indifferent.
