"Mirrors" is the third studio album by the Spanish progressive rock band Plastic Woods from Antequera, released on October 22, 2026. The release was a joint effort by the independent labels Spinda Records and Discos Macarras Records.
"Mirrors" is conceived by the musicians as a profound inner journey. The mirror serves as a metaphor for a person's confrontation with their own fears, internal traumas, shadows, and contradictions.
The conceptual content and lyrics are inspired by the analytical psychology of Carl Jung, the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche, the symbolism of tarot cards, and the surreal universe of Lewis Carroll. The narrative moves from anxiety and social crisis (vividly expressed in the single "All I Know") to memories and personal reconstruction, culminating in a cathartic ending.
