The Cyborgs - The Cyborgs (2011)

The project's music is incredibly energetic, dirty, and driving old-school blues-rock, tightly intertwined with electronic pulses. The band dispenses with a traditional bassist: the entire powerful rhythm section is generated by Cyborg-1. He manages to simultaneously play drums with his feet and keyboards, synthesizers, and homemade electronic devices with his hands. Cyborg-0 is responsible for the raw, distorted guitar riffs and raspy vocals.
This raw, analog sound, combined with a futuristic image, helped the Italian duo quickly break into major European venues and open for legends such as Bruce Springsteen, Deep Purple, and Iggy Pop.
