ONO is extremely excited to present the album, RAMZTEK, from Québec producer, composer Phoebé Guillemot & the ever enigmatic shape-shifter RAMZi.
RAMZTEK is the fifth release on ONO Records and Phoebé’s first with an Australian label after a celebrated career to date spanning fifteen releases. Following Balmini that was released earlier this year, RAMZTEK marks a new direction for the beat-wielding imp RAMZi. On a faster pace, the bouncy and wild energy remains on these forward grem-tek induced house grooves, finished with a dusting of classic RAMZi dubby psychedelia.
Mainly composed last January back in her studio in Montreal, in preparation for her tour in Australia, these 7 sonic quests finally found a home on our humble little label in Boorloo. We have been so excited to unleash this disc into the world, this one's for smoke hazed sunsets amongst some trees, played loud!
