Lakker - Cuisle (2026)

"Cuisle" is a collection of tracks that began from the idea of a pulse, or multiple pulses, at the same bpm for every track, with the same sound design aesthetic and similar sound sources for each. Fast, sparse, short tracks; sketches almost. A set of restrictions to inspire creativity at a time when we were searching for the next thing.

From that starting point each track went off in its own direction.

We made a bunch of these over the course of a year or so. These were the ones we thought worked best together as a release. Not an album as such, more a collection; a snapshot of a particular sound and studio method at a particular time.
