Legs on Wheels – L E G R O O M (2023) Hi-Res

L E G R O O M (2023) is the wild, surreal, and hyperactive debut album from Manchester band Legs on Wheels. The album is a kaleidoscopic whirlwind, where the British psychedelic prog rock of the Canterbury era meets the virtuosic mathematical precision of math rock and the theatrical eccentricity of avant-pop. The band creates a musical "amusement park" effect: the compositions instantly switch between grotesque synthesizer sampler passages, heavy fuzzed riffs, and exquisite polyphonic vocal arrangements, all while maintaining a surprising melodic pull.
