Lena Rich - Emerald City (2026) Hi-Res

Emerald City (2026) is a cinematic and metaphorical concept album by American indie folk artist Lena Rich. The album's title alludes to the mythical "Emerald City" as a symbol of unrealistic illusions, the search for an idealized home, and psychological maturation. Unlike the singer's more intimate, acoustic earlier opuses, Emerald City demonstrates a noticeable expansion of her instrumental palette: traditional autobiographical folk gives way to lush, chamber arrangements where pastoral acoustic guitars and piano intertwine with ambient synthesizer pads and cello sections.
