Modern Day Heroes - 13 (2019)

Modern Day Heroes are known for their energetic, pure trio rock 'n' roll live shows. One EP and two studio albums the band has released since 2006. They were nominated as "Best Talent" by Swiss national radio SRF3 and won the "My Coke Music" award for best live band. MDH have then played at all major CH festivals. Including the Openairs Gampel, Heitere, St. Gallen, Rock oz Arènes and many more. In addition, they toured Germany with "Die Happy" and played concerts in England, Italy and the USA. After prolonged stage abstinence, the third longplayer "Transmission" entered the CH album charts in 2018 at number 35 and something new is on again! Modern Day Heroes cannot take it to celebrate their 13th band year due to celebration. There is also every reason for this, because with the celebrated return of their drummer Heinz Baumann, the MDH founder trio is complete again. That's why they have come up with something special for their anniversary year. "Thirteen" is called the fifth disc of Modern Day Heroes. An anniversary album with lots of MDH-typical, fleddy rock 'n'roll, a smorgasm of Modern Day Heroes band history. Studded with songs that still encounter great enthusiasm live. That's why this live cross section from all four discs can be found on "Thirteen". A response from the MDH to their concert goers because two of the old albums are already out of print. 13 remastered milestones, two unreleased cover recordings, and three new songs can be heard on "Thirteen".
