Ellesmere - Les Châteaux de la Loire (gapless) (2015)

Les Châteaux de la Loire (2015) is the ambitious debut album by the Italian prog-rock project Ellesmere, led by bassist and composer Roberto Verta. The album's concept explores the majestic architecture, history, and atmosphere of the chateaux of France's Loire Valley. The special reissue/gapless version presents a single, uninterrupted musical canvas, with tracks flowing seamlessly into one another. To realize his vision, Verta enlisted the cream of the Italian and international prog scene, including members of PFM, The Watch, and Glass Hammer, creating one of the most striking contemporary examples of classical symphonic prog.
