Ashinoa - Sinie Sinie (2019)

Sinie Sinie (2019) is the hypnotic debut album by the French band Ashinoa, cementing their status as one of the most interesting contemporary successors to the German krautrock tradition of the 1970s. The record is a cinematic sonic journey where pulsating analog synthesizers, hypnotic motorik rhythms, and dense guitar textures merge into a single meditative canvas. The album's title and atmosphere are imbued with a surreal, slightly unsettling nocturnal aesthetic.
