Washington, D.C.-based pianist, singer, and queer poet Jenna Camille and Hamburg-based producer High John present their collaborative full-length album Feelin’, released as a limited vinyl edition on the German label Besser-Samstag. Recorded across studio sessions in New York and Hamburg between 2021 and 2025, the release reflects the musicians' artistic growth and close personal bond. The album's sonic landscape fuses atmospheric neo-soul, lo-fi hip-hop, and sensual R&B, offering an intimate framework for vulnerable storytelling. Tracks such as Round n Round, Back it up, Empty Words, Let go, Not the One, alongside a reinterpretation of Janet Jackson's Any Time Any Place, address toxic relationship patterns, sexual liberation, emotional healing, and introspective self-discovery.
