Northern Irish folk and folktronica artist Andrew Farmer, performing under the moniker FRMR and formerly of Sons Of Caliber, is preparing to release his second full-length album, Ochre, via Bluestack Records. Ahead of the launch, the artist released the single "Echinacea," following the premiere of "Groves." Building upon the foundation of his 2021 debut Amelanchier, the new project explores themes of ecology, spirituality, humanity's relationship with the natural world, and a return to childhood wonder.

Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Tree Song Studios in Lisburn by Michael Mormecha, Ochre was self-produced by Andrew Farmer and features a guest line-up including Linley Hamilton, Duke Special, Luke Sital-Singh, Eleanor Kyle, Rachael Boyd, Sam Magilton, Jude Moses, Adam Booth, and Rue Farmer. The album combines acoustic folk arrangements with ambient and electronic textures.
