Recorded live at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), London, England on 5 July 2007 as part of the inaugural iTunes Festival.
The concert was performed before an audience of approximately 350 people at the ICA, making it one of the most intimate Paul McCartney performances of the Memory Almost Full promotional campaign. The show formed part of McCartney's 2007 series of small venue appearances in support of the album, alongside performances in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Paris.
An official six-track digital EP, iTunes Festival: London, was released through the iTunes Store on 21 August 2007 and featured selections from this performance. However, the complete concert has never received an official commercial release.
