Peals were a Baltimore duo — William Cashion (Future Islands) and Bruce Willen (Double Dagger) — active for four years in the early 2010s, making quietly radiant instrumental music from two interlocking guitars, modest synthesizers, and an array of noisy, percussive objects, from walkie-talkies to the bells that gave the project its name.
