'i wanna buy a beach house' will be the first record fully written/recorded at Steve's new studio 'Shabby Road' in Nashville, TN. A part of his home from 1963 the studio has an epic original tile floor which really sets the vibe for the whole place and perfectly matches his 60s sensibilities. The record will be released on his own record label 'ALLSWELL RECORDS' co-owned with lifehouse's Jason Wade. Being his third full length release, 'i wanna buy a beach house' is a collection of 13 short and sweet songs that both beg for a sing-a-long and take you to some esoteric spaces that feel like a fading summer that you just want to continue to hold on tight to before having to settle back into reality.
