G̱a̱mksimoon's full-length debut presents Jeremy Pahl from the Gitga'at nation crafting a distinctive sound that fuses Ts'msyen traditional music with aggressive fuzz rock, punk, and doom metal from the 70s-80s. The album "Gyiin Naxnox" (Feeding the Supernatural) functions as a political statement against colonialism through epic multi-part compositions interweaving traditional melodies, field recordings of Ts'msyen elders singing in Sm'algya̱x, crushing sludge, fuzz rock guitars, and primal punk-n-roll. The project features voices from Fiver and Sarin Blawatt of Alien Boys, creating a powerful three-piece sound.
