Glorious Wolf - Elements Of Hope (2026)

Elements of Hope is the third studio album by the Dutch progressive rock project Glorious Wolf, founded by composer and multi-instrumentalist Ruud Dielen. The official release of the album took place on June 7, 2026 under the OOB Records label.
The album is a conceptual work. Its plot tells the story of the life of a child who grows up and turns into an adult in the modern chaotic world. Along the way, the main character faces the challenges of today: the rapid development of artificial intelligence, climate change, the harsh pressure of the global political arena and wars. The main idea of ​​​​the release is an exploration of how, despite all this chaos and difficulties, to maintain a spark of hope for a brighter, peaceful and better future.
Musically, the album is focused on guitar progressive rock with experimental twists. It is influenced by both the classic "dinosaurs" of the genre (the use of the Mellatron, Hammond organ, complex harmonies) and modern neo-prog. The central place is occupied by the five-part suite of the same name "Elements of Hope", which combines spacious electronic ambient introductions, heavy neo-prog riffs, ethereal female vocals and even complex jazz-rock interspersed with saxophone.
