Rosebush Pruning is the original soundtrack to the 2026 satirical thriller of the same name, directed by Karim Aïnouz and world-premiered at the 76th Berlin International Film Festival on February 14, 2026. The screenplay, penned by Efthimis Filippou — the longtime collaborator of Yorgos Lanthimos (The Lobster, The Killing of a Sacred Deer) — is a loose remake of Marco Bellocchio's Italian classic Fists in the Pocket (1965). Set in a luxurious Catalonian villa bathed in Spanish sun, the film follows four American siblings — Jack, Ed, Martha, and Anna — as they squander an inherited fortune in hedonistic isolation, until an outsider's arrival unravels the family's fragile bonds. The cast includes Callum Turner, Riley Keough, Jamie Bell, Lukas Gage, Tracy Letts, Elena Anaya, and Pamela Anderson.
