Recorded between 2022 and 2025, ‘Take Me To Your Leader’ is the first all vocal JIB album! This ‘progressive-pop’ long-player features the new ‘QUARTET’ lineup of John Irvine, vocalists Gordon Robertson and Emma Jean, plus JIB mainstay Andrew Scott on drums.
The band run riot through a vast array of moods and styles but the music still retains the hi-tech, jazz-rock of ‘classic JIB’, all serving to frame the soaring lead vocals of Gordon Robertson and beautiful backgrounds of Emma Jean.
