Join Marc and Chas as they embark on a rollercoaster ride from the
1983 US Festival to attempting something called International Voodoo.
In the summer of 1983, IRS Records wanted Marc and Chas to prove that they were worthy of keeping the name of their band, In the following 10 days they wrote and recorded the first seven songs on this record
along with the brilliant percussion of Joe Nanini. These were started at home on their Sony TC-630 tape machines and finished in an eight track studio. Later, three more songs were added with the help of producer Richard Mazda in a 24 track studio. Hope you enjoy the early versions of these songs - Chas
The package includes extensive liner notes featuring Andy Prieboy's interview with Chas T. Gray and handwritten lyrics.
