“From a flight long past, a fracture began.
The sky has been a threshold I rarely cross since then. At times, in dream or in drift, I know I never left that cabin.
Perhaps I remained there, and what walks here is only a projection sustained by endings. A dense, unplaced memory threads through my days—where the future’s history folds into the present, moving by the quiet laws of distant galaxies.
Some memories refuse to answer, if they ever happened. From what I still hold, I take fragments, etch them in a language of sound, like ink beneath my skin: doors to what is no longer, a ritual unmoving, yet unending.
Dying Light— a process without horizon, a vessel for what perception remains.
In scripture, the bardo. In the street, the pause before the light shifts. In memory, a dwelling outside all maps.”

Dying Light is an electronic music album created over four years by electronic musician UNTECHCIRCLE (Jinkang Chen). Over the years, he traveled between Asia and Europe, gathering extensive samples about “existence.” He faithfully documented the illusions and truths he experienced—those fleeting, decaying, lifeless, bygone, dissolving yet persistently “present” sensations—in this album.
