Strange Behavior is the second studio album by American synth-pop and new wave band Animotion, released on February 17, 1986. The album was produced by Richie Zito and recorded at Oasis Recording Studios, Ocean Way Recording, and Encore Studios in California. It was the final release for the Casablanca Records label before it folded. The album featured two primary singles: "I Engineer," which peaked at No. 2 in Germany and No. 6 in Switzerland, and "I Want You," which reached No. 84 in the US. The album peaked at No. 71 on the Billboard 200 chart. The core band lineup on the album included vocalists Astrid Plane and Bill Wadhams, as well as keyboardist Greg Smith, guitarist Don Kirkpatrick, bass guitarist Charles “Char” Ottavio, and drummer Jim Blair.
