Paris-based producer and songwriter Crayon is set to release his debut album Home Safe on October 24, announcing the new single 'Diamond Miner' featuring FKJ and ELIZA. The album, previously teased by the 'Home Safe' single with Yamê and JPL, is a deeply personal, genre-defying solo project that blends elements of soul, folk, jazz, hip-hop, and electronica. Originating from spontaneous Sunday jam sessions in his Paris apartment with jazz pianist Bastien Brison, dancers, and visual artists, the record marries grand jazz orchestration with an intimate, bedroom-production feel. Crayon refined the album's warm, introspective sound over three years while retreating to his childhood home on the outskirts of Paris, drawing on nostalgia and the comforting music of his youth. Home Safe features a stellar lineup of collaborators, including anaiis, Rhye, ELIZA, and Yamê, who each contribute their perspective on Crayon's central question: "What does home mean to you?". The visual element, crafted with creative director Sulian Rios and featuring surreal papier-mache masks, is integral to the project, allowing Crayon to express his bold vision.
