The Fértil Discos label is launching a new series, Fértil Club, dedicated to global dance music that combines ancestral and futuristic sounds. The debut release will be the album "Aramu (Serpent of the Andes)" by Peruvian musician PAWKARMAYTA. Created during the pandemic, this album is an introspective and ceremonial sonic journey, composed entirely in the key of C minor, which is associated with meditation and trance. Inspired by sound healing and field recordings of Peruvian nature, PAWKARMAYTA's music merges ancient Andean traditions with minimal and techno electronic aesthetics, offering listeners a sonic refuge and a portal for a mental escape from the city bustle.
