"Sweet Sounds by The Browns" is the debut studio album by the American country trio The Browns, originally released in 1959 on the RCA Victor label. The album includes their biggest hit, "The Three Bells" ("Les Trois Cloches"), which reached number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot Country charts. This song, based on a French chanson, narrates the three key events in a person's life—birth, marriage, and death—symbolized by the ringing of three bells.
The 2016 reissue by the Japanese label Oldays Records is a remastered version of the original album, released in a Mini LP CD format with an OBI strip. This edition is supplemented with four bonus tracks, expanding the original tracklist.
