Die Zithersolistin Sarah Luisa Wurmer (*2002), Fanny Mendelssohn Förderpreisträgerin 2025, verbindet in ihrem neuen Album »Intimicy« alte und neue Musik zu einem vielschichtigen Klangdialog. Kernstück ist die Suite Nr. 6 D-Dur BWV 1012 von Johann Sebastian Bach in ihrem eigenen Arrangement für Altzither. Dazwischen stehen vier eigens für das Projekt geschriebene Werke von Dorothea Hofmann, Leon Zmelty, Eva Kuhn und Julius von Lorentz, die Intimität, Berührung und Verletzlichkeit aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchten. Den Abschluss bildet Steve Reichs »Piano Phase« in einer Bearbeitung für Zitherduo. Mit technischer Präzision, klanglicher Sensibilität und transkulturellem Repertoire erschließt Sarah Luisa Wurmer neue Ausdrucksräume für ihr Instrument und lädt dazu ein, Musik als Ort der Begegnung neu zu erleben.
