Los Shain's is a Peruvian surf rock and psychedelic rock band formed in late 1963, becoming one of the most important bands of the golden age of Peruvian rock in the 1960s. They recorded four studio albums and participated in the soundtrack of the Mexican film "Las psicodélicas" (The Psychedelics). During their tenure, many members passed through their ranks; however, two stable and fundamental members remained, and after their disbandment, they would continue to contribute to the history of Peruvian rock: vocalist Gerardo Manuel and guitarist Pico Ego-Aguirre. The original band decided to reunite in mid-2005 to perform a series of concerts.
