Jadis is a British neo-prog rock band formed in 1986 in Southampton. Jadis' guitar-oriented sound is diluted with atmospheric keyboards and an occasional flute, emphasizing the melodiousness of the band's music. Marillion guitarist Steve Rothery (as producer), as well as IQ musicians Martin Orford and John Jowitt collaborated with the band at various times. For almost 40 years of existence, Jadis has released a dozen studio albums, three live albums, one live DVD and a number of eps.

More Questions than Answers is the tenth studio album by British neo-proggers, released 8 years after the previous album No Fear of Looking Down. The CD was released on August 8, 2024, according to tradition, on its own independent label, Jadismusic. Bassist Andy Marlowe was responsible for mixing and producing the album (who acted as a catalyst in the creation of this album), and the mastering was supervised by renowned guitarist and producer John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites, Lone Robot). The band's leader, Gary Chandler, did not limit his partners in creating music and used the ideas of all the musicians (and especially gave Martin Orford freedom), as a result of which the cd became a truly collaborative work of the quartet. The album is made in the traditional key of melodic neo-progressive for the band without the latest musical bells and whistles. It was played very professionally, recorded very decently, the album is smooth and quite decent (definitely the most interesting in the last 30 years after the release of the debut album More than Meets the Eye), but without any special revelations.
Here's what mastermind Jadis says about the new album: “We have our own sound – obviously, this is not our most popular sound, because otherwise we would have been much more successful! But I would never adjust our sound according to the current trends of fashion. We just do what we want to do, record our own music and hope that there will be people who will like it.”
