Mimi Gilbert - undrowning (2025) [Hi-Res]

I’d like to dedicate this collection of songs to the life force of Australia. Everything about you humbled me, taught me and allowed me to feel alive, small, wild and free. I wrote these songs while living there in our wagon, driving around the country while saying my quiet goodbyes. I moved back to my home country in a hurry to be closer to my grandpa Mickey in his final year of life. All of these songs are about this movement, this choosing, in one way or another. All of these songs were written on this precious land and mostly finished in Naarm.
