Ida Bang & The Blue Tears - Possibilities (2016)

European blues surprises us every day with new bands that bring youth and life to the genre. This is the case of the Swedish Ida Bang & The Blue Tears, a group made up of very young musicians, well prepared to take over the market and, in this way, achieve a high and well positioned place in the blues panorama. Formed in 2013, in 2016 they represented their country in the sixth edition of the International Blues Challenge organized by the European Blues Union held this past spring in Torrita di Siena, Italy, making a very good impression. Since then, thanks to their good work and having clear ideas, they have achieved an interesting notoriety, performing at different blues festivals in Europe. On this album, the guys know how to transmit with taste, elegance and a good interpretation, an original and well-defined blues style, inspired above all by the jump blues of the West Coast and the Texas blues that can be heard today in Houston, Austin or Dallas
