Frailes Dominicos de Argentina y Chile - Hemos Visto Su Gloria (2025) Hi-Res

The Dominican friars of the Province of San Agustín in Argentina and Chile present the documentary video album "We Have Seen His Glory." The production includes 18 liturgical chants from the Easter Triduum, most of them original, and others taken from the classical and Gregorian repertoire. These songs are accompanied by images and interviews that illustrate their meaning and the profound experience that friars and laypeople have during these central days of our faith.

The musical performance was led by the friars' Schola Cantorum and the Ephesus Project Choir, both from the San Pedro Telmo Convent in Buenos Aires. The original musical compositions and arrangements of the repertoire were created by Friar Pablo Caronello OP, Friar Martín María Cescutti OP, and Friar José Antonio María Poblete OP. All music will be distributed by the academic and classical music record label AVANT RECORDS.

The album offers a musical journey in itself, but we wanted to explain and expand it through images and interviews that reveal the profound meaning of all these liturgical signs and gestures. Therefore, the production is made up of mini-chapters, divided by seasons according to the days of the Triduum, which invite the viewer to gradually delve into a truly symbolic, theological, and spiritual experience, based on the liturgical treasure of these days.
