Danny Adler in 1978 was in the process of completing the second Roogalator album, when the band, after much touring and many line-up changes finally ran out of steam as a performing entity. Luckily, there was a wealth of material already recorded and with a few additional tunes, this LP became Danny’s first solo album. Originally known as The Danny Adler Story LP, it joined The Roogalator LP in the Do It Record Company Catalogue along with the newly discovered Adam Ant and was issued in late 1978.
Even though it was Danny’s first solo album, it was business as usual in regards to trademark rhythms, atmosphere and statement.
